History claims she is the first female serial killer...

Locusta is the daughter of a winemaker in the Roman province of Gaul. She enjoys the indulged childhood of the elite, her concerns only about the day's amusements. She rides gentle ponies, attends parties, reads Ovid, and learns the herbal arts from her servant. But the day after meeting her betrothed, Locusta discovers the consequences of possessing such dangerous knowledge.

Ordered to leave her pastoral life, Locusta is thrust into a world of intrigue, scandal, and murder-where treason lurks behind every corner and defying an emperor means death. Locusta's life changes forever when a young Emperor Nero requires her herbal expertise. And commands her to be his personal poisoner. Caught in an imperial web, Locusta must embrace her profession or die.

Or is there another way out?
History paints her as the first female serial killer.

"Hey Kartune, do you have the number for that person we were talking about earlier?" "No princess sadly I don't have the number. May I assit you in a different way though?" "Oh shit, sorry I must have the wrong number." "Don't freight it. And when you go to make the contact for that guy you were talking about -when you find the right number- don't forget to make a contact for me too." "Why would you need me to make you a contact when it sounds like you could get all the girls you could ever want with that voice of yours?" "Because aside of popular beleifs the only females I've been handling is Iron, Magnesium, and Lanthanum." Elizabeth Enzo: My father always warned me about strangers, yet he never warned them about me. When in reality.. I'm the boogy man that every man fears. But that's okay with me because I know where my morals lie and where I lie about my morals and I'll never be ashamed of it. But who would be ashamed of being a serial killer? Definitly not the men in my smutty novels, and all the girls can say amen to that! Victor Hahn: Maybe not all serial killers are hatful on the inside, maybe they just want justice for those who can't take it for themselves. Yet here I am, helping conduct one of the biggest manhunts for this serial killer named Red Velvet because my best friend was able to convince me it would be good to get my head out of chemical compounds for a bit, well that and that I believed it would only take a week for me to solve the case because numbers -quite frankly- don't lie. But there might've been a small intrferance, aka Mrs. Ilovethesmellofburntcoffeegrounds. Will the most infamous chemist fall for the serial killer he's trying to catch? Or the freckled face girl who loves the smell of burnt coffee grounds and is a chemist from the other side of the world? Good thing is, he doesn't have to choose... @copyrightreserved

Serenity [Sir-ren-ity] : The state of being calm, peaceful, and untroubled. Chaos [Kay-os] : Complete disorder and confusion. ♕♕♕ With being the Don of one of the biggest and baddest mafia families Luciano was never at ease with himself. He never felt like he was sane. Always shedding blood, murdering, selling drugs, robbing banks. He was so much chaos. He needed peace. Serenity's life was agonizingly calm. She thought it was boring with her simple routine of wake up, eat, read, sleep, maybe- if she's lucky, go out with friends, then repeat. Boring cycle of truth. She wanted some spice. Some chaos. ♕♕♕ "I just told you that I'm making you come with me to Italy- a whole other country and you're response was 'YES' ?" Luciano watched me with admiration in his dark grey eyes. I shrugged, "Yeah. I'm bored. Like..painfully bored." Luciano's eyebrow stayed raised and his eyes stayed admiring my words. "Aren't you a little crazy thing huh Bella..I'll keep that in mind." ♕♕♕ Ever since that 1 night Serenity went out with her college friend group and ran into a murder/torture fight in the tight alley way of Chicago, she's been on Luciano's mind. As him, on hers. The two were attracted to each other because of good and bad things. Luciano's attraction to Serenity was simply because her aura radiated that she was sane. Safe. Serenity's attraction to Luciano was the complete opposite. Call her crazy if you will but, a tall, handsome, Italian mafia Don was exactly what she was craving for. "Don't even think for a second that I would hesitate in pulling the trigger." He said. "though the bullet won't go through here. Not yet" his fingers caressed her forehead before dropping down to her thighs. "First bullet will go through here" he pressed her thigh. "the second will go here" his hand had reached her forearm. Millicent gulped, terror seeping inside her like molten lava. Slowly, burning her insides. "You won't die. Not by the bullets, no. That would be too easy and too fast" he said. Dominic was standing behind her now, looking at her through the reflection in the window. He had seen the blood drain from her face and he knew it was working. "You are a beautiful woman, Luciana. I am sure my men would love you" the room was dead silent, save only for a gasp that escaped Millicent when Dominic's hand travelled to her stomach. "Okay, I will do it." Her head bowed in defeat. Millicent is kidnapped. Dragged back to that one part of her past she had never wished to re-visit. But the fate has twisted her path cruelly. She finds herself under the mercy of a blood-thirsty Mafia leader. She is squashed between the war of two revenge-seeking gangs. The question remains- will she emerge from the battle a warrior or will she be turned into one of many collateral damages of this blood-sucking war?
