I saw a forest with beautiful birds and redwood trees. The birds sang a song as soothing as a lullaby and I watched as a deer walked by, walking as if they were dancing. Then there was the heart stopping sound of gun fire. The animals scattered and everything went silent. Ten wolves ran by with the look of true terror in their eyes. The first wolf turned its head as quick as a flash and tried it’s best to run even faster. Those behind it looked as if they couldn’t last much longer. I ran. I ran as fast as I could. I soon found myself in a forest. The sound of light footsteps and crunching leaves caught my eye and I looked back. I saw her. Midnight black hair. Bright blue eyes. She was beautiful. Her body was hidden behind tree but her eyes never left mine. I blinked, thinking it was all in my head and when I lifted my eyelids she was gone. maybe someday I'll see her again.

**#1 in #Darkmoon** A walk in the forest, that's what I need. A stressful day at school and a walk in the forest will relax me. This is what I do all the time. Every day without fail, I take a hour walk in the forest behind my home after school. This time something happened that I didn't even expect in these woods. At first I heard a low growl and thought it was just a dog and an owner. Then it got louder, sounding like it was getting closer. My head jerked in a direction where a twig snapped, causing my heart to start beating faster then normal. It was a bit dark in the forest, considering it was winter. Then that's when I saw it, the red eyes coming from the bushes. My feet were frozen to the spot, I wanted to run but my feet didn't want to move. I felt a hand go on my shoulder, turning my head, I saw a man, probably in his early twenties. ''Run!'' He whispered but loud enough for it to be a shout. I looked at the eyes and a hand grabbed mine, pulling me off in a different direction. This isn't the best way to meet someone but what happens when they see more of each other? Will they enjoy each other's company? Will he be able to tell her the truth? This is my first werewolf story and I know that it won't be to everyone standards but please enjoy. Copyright. I watched closely as the blue eyes crept closer. They started to multiply as well as they started racing after me. I sprinted, my footsteps made no noise while they twitched and darted after me. Some were faster than the others. I weaved in between the trees, flashlights and crawlers were racing behind me. The sirens starting to go off. They noticed my disappearance. It was not long before I heard more steps behind me. With one look over my shoulder and through the trees, it seems that they're hunting me like dogs. My friends sprinted next to me. Shooting the ones that got too close to me. They started to hiss and make inhuman noises giving away my position. I sighed, it's gonna be a long night...

A quitclaim breeze brushed through the treetops as the sun began to rise over the horizon. The cry of a howling newborn puppy echoed as the forest grew restless. Birds began to sing their songs as they welcomed the new day. That perfect morning sunrise would also change the course of the world with the first loss of war of clans and birth of a new warrior. On that day the tide of war had begun to feel a sudden change as the Gods guardians the Kantan warriors, began to die out in the mortal world Slaughtered by a large dark force. Soon only one of these warrior remains and she was born with a misunderstood darkness that has the potential to kill many Innocent lives. Her birth that day was one that was loathed by most Kantans, but with impending doom looming the gods may not have a choice, but to trust the very thing that devastated them. (Most images were found on Google and have been edited and changed from the original format, but all credit goes to the artists. Some of them are my original drawings too. Thanks for reading.)

The air smelled of gasoline and death. That's what woke me first. Not the searing pain in my side or the impossible heat coming from somewhere behind me. No, it was the smell. And then the memories hit me like the bus hit the tree. And I was rolling down the side of a mountain, surrounded by ten other screaming kids and three panicked adults. All of which had a ninety six percent chance of death. My eyes were open. My emerald eyes, so rare that only two percent of the population had them. And my throat was burning, and my skin was tingling. And all I could think about was the probability that I was dying. Scattered around me I knew were twelve other people with a ninety nine percent chance of already being dead. And I didn't look around to find out. Because I knew I was one hundred percent right.

On a stormy night a young lady notices a fight among wolves and intervines with her bow and arrow and everything stems from there. As I sit on my window sill staring out at the stormy night sky, I feel so at peace with myself and my delicious mug of hot chocolate, there's always something about stormy and rainy days that calms me. As another lightening strikes across the sky, there is something that catches my attention through the trees not too far away from my house. As I sit up and squint to see what it could possibly be bad another lightening flashes, I see quick movements. One dash after the other seemingly there's a chase of some sort in my backyard, but what are they? I make a dash downstairs to my back door to take a closer look and I'm alarmed by loud Thurs, snarls followed by the loudest howl I have ever heard in all my life.... Wolves?
