When he meets Hermione Granger, an extremely intelligent girl in his year, he instantly wants to be her friend. But his other friends don't like her, so like them he ignores her. When something happens that pushes them together, she becomes best friends with him and his other best friend Ron. Harry loves Hermione as a friend, but could there be more than friendship ahead?
