Takes place about a month after TTDW.

Loki has already taken the throne and is finding it overbearing, dealing with things he doesn't even care about. Loki decides its in his best interest to go to Midgard, as long as he avoids Thor.

Alexandria has been mourning a year all ready over her father, a S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist, who was killed by Loki during the Invasion. She had been working at S.H.I.E.L.D. for a year, working alongside Black Widow and Hawkeye as an assasin/bounty hunter, but no radar could've picked up him.

Over his earpiece, the other Avengers are able to offer Captain scrambled bits of information they've all gathered about this mysterious creature, referred to as simply "Girl." But when she's brought back to the Avenger's Headquarter's to be further investigated, he finds out that there's much more to this little girl's story than anyone had initially imagined. With the seemingly complete elimination of Hydra, the heroic group are offered more freedom and time to make real lives for themselves.
