The Second Station: A sequel to Secret of the Cathedral

A disclaimer that I am NOT the original author of Secret of the Cathedral, nor do I know who they are. Nevertheless, I hope that they appreciate this sequel, and enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

This is in response to the Kingdom Hearts creepypasta known as "Cathedral Glitch" or "Secret of the Cathedral", which describes what happens when you are defeated by the Heartless on Snow White's station in "The Dive to the Heart" in the game's tutorial. The anecdote describes the stations featuring dark endings to classic Disney films in gruesome detail, and terrifying (and terrifyingly powerful) monsters. Sadly, the Heartless don't spawn on Snow White's station in the original, or the Final Mix versions of the game. After you select your weapons, the station automatically tilts and shatters, dropping you off at Cinderella's station. The original creepypasta sadly gave into cliches, involving the classic "Red Eyes" trope and the uncredited programmer making it too convenient. My goal is to write a revision of this story that would be more believable, and might give a similar intrigue as the original.

I recommend playing Kingdom Hearts 1 and reading the original creepypasta for the best experience.

I know I left out some details from the original creepypasta, but I personally thought they were unrealistic. I'd like to thank the original author, however, for bringing forth this interesting concept. I hope this served well as my first attempt at a creepypasta, and that I get to make more down the line.
