Amanda Crosby and Leo Biron have been friends since the two could talk. Nothing at all could separate the two, and they do almost everything together.

Leo, the charming arse, has a girlfriend. Obviously. Sara's gorgeous, and popular, too. But her beauty is washed away when you see the ugly of her personality. Rude. Careless. Jealous. Hateful. What does Leo see in her?

Amanda sees herself as plain and boring because she's not very pretty, or popular. She's no Sara, and not even as cool as her best friend, TJ. She can't understand the small compliments Leo gives her, because what does he see?
