Annabeth hasn't been the same since Percy died. A new camper, Max Grey tries to make a move, and Annabeth knows that Percy would want her to be happy. Will she return his feelings?
Piper is liking her new job as a DA. She gets to get rid of monsters that DON'T have claws. All of that changes when she realizes that she put an innocent teen in jail for life. Can she earn his trust and win his appeal?
Hazel and Frank have been arguing, but that's the least of her worries. Since Percy couldn't break the curse, Hazel has been miserable. At last, a solution appears, but not the kind of solution she'd expected. Will the curse be broken?
Or will she, like Piper and Annabeth end up full of Regrets?
Note:
I respect Rick Riordan's decision to have Nico be gay, but I love my Thalico, so he's going to be bi, meaning he still likes guys. So there.
Also, since I'm writing this BEFORE Blood of Olympus, I don't know if Hazel's curse gets broken or not. If it transpires that it does, then awesome! In this version it didn't.
Also, if you know how old everyone is in HOO, then this shouldn't need to be said, but Annabeth is 25, Piper is 22, Hazel is 20, Thalia is 28, Nico is 23, etc. Max (an OC) is 23, but looks older.
Also, there is some underage drinking in this story which I DO NOT recommend.
THIS MAY BE CONSIDERED A SPOILER
Though this story sounds kinda depressing, it's not. It ends well. I'm not saying HOW, but it ends well.
