Derek and I were at London's locker listening to her gripe about all the snotty things that Zoe did to her today when the popular crowds walked by, junior jerks and the junior jerkettes. Then they stopped and whispered to themselves, and as usual London got angry about that. "Oh fuck off "said London "Bite me" replied Zoe. " How bout I kick your "London said before I covered her mouth with my hand. "How about y'all leave before this gets real ugly real fast" I said. As the popular crowd walked away Dallas walked up and put her hand on London's shoulder, then she started blushing like a maniac. As she was still standing there like a fool I said to Derek "I know I should help her but this is just getting good. "I think we should tell London Dallas is gay" Derek said. "Yeah but I doubt that they would let a gay boy into the popular club" I answered .

"I can't write like this," I pointed out. "Is this all you care about?" Ryan asked. I shrugged. "Not this specifically, but yeah, I care about my grades." Ryan smirked. I swallowed nervously but refused to break my stoic expression. He leaned closer to me, my heart pounding so hard against my chest it felt like it might break out and fall on the table between us. His mouth was right by my ear, and I could feel his warm breath when he spoke which sent shivers down my spine. "Well, aren't you a little a scholar?" *** The only things Alex Moris ever cared about were his grades and his sister. However, when the boy his sister likes, Ryan Smithe, makes things complicated and causes him to feel things he's never felt before, Alex realizes that, maybe, there's more important things in life than grades and scholarships.
