Most of you are familiar with the Salem Witch Trials, correct? If not, I'll give you a simplified version of what happened. These infamous trials were a series of hearings and prosecutions of people accused for using witchcraft in colonial Massachusetts between February 1692 and May 1693.
These trials brought fear to the covens living in and near Salem Town. When the hangings started, that's when things got serious. The covens, specifically the Coven of Night, started taking extra precautions, being sure to stay away from most mortals. Though, one 16 year old girl, decided to break those precautions. Circe Evanora, a brave, teenage witch in training, choose to show her face in public. Now, that wasn't such a great idea. Somehow, someway, the mortals figured it out. Circe Evanora is a witch. A pureblood witch. Mass hysteria broke out and the Coven of Night panicked. The Black Priest had no idea they could possibly do.
Cue in Circe and the team she solved the problem. ....Or.. try to solve the problem.
