The Rising Storm: #1 The Forgotten Legacy
"When the sun casts its light, shadows appear, but when clouds block the light, the shadows disappear. Nothing can calm the rising storm." The clans receive a message from Starclan, only to forget it, all but one warrior. This warrior must hold it a secret until the right one is found. Then, along came a kit. "You'll never be a Warrior, twoleg toy!" Born to a hard life, Fernkit wishes that she hadn't been found as a kit. Life as a kittypet in the warrior clans can be hard, especially when, somehow, you get everyone in the whole clan to hate you. Meanwhile, a new apprentice- Starpaw- was supposed to be a medicine cat apprentice, but her leader had other intentions. Warriors - The Leopard's Apprentice
Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior... There was one exception however she would beg Starclan not to mentor the stubbornest, violentist, evil-seeming kit ever- Smokekit. Little does she know that just so happens to be Starclan's will not only will she need to mentor Smokekit, tensions rise higher and higher within Lakeclan and a war will be hard to avoid, and Foxbristle; Leopardwillow's sister is accused of Bearstar's murder. On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Flamestar said with a curious tone. "I shall make this short before we depart young warrior - I'd watch my back from now on if I were you." the orange she-cat said thoughtfully. Timberheart leapt off the boulder "Is that a threat?!" he growled. Flamestar thought her words over "Maybe. Lakeclan to me!" she yowled before either of them had time to respond. Been gone for a while, but coming back with a somewhat finish "quality" story. This series is fan made based of the novel Warrior Cats written by Erin Hunter. Most of what is in my story is canon but there will be many inaccurate descriptions and lore plots that won't align with the original warrior series. All clans are having quite a hard time surviving lately. Prey has fallen short, cats are getting more and more sick, especially ShadowClan. Of course, no clan will admit their troubles, but a ShadowClan medicine cat will step up and unite all clans.
