Just a Dream

The King has been having nightmares of late, and usually, he would awake and be able to shake away this horrible feeling that he had. He would realize that it was just a dream, and there was nothing to worry about. But not these dreams; these dreams felt real even after he would wake it still felt as real as the world around him. He was never able to shake away that feeling that hung in the air after a nightmare.
Although one night, it had gone too far. The King dreamt of horrible things he could never speak aloud. He was mad at himself for dreaming such a thing, and he wondered what would happen if his dream was never really a dream; if it really was true. But he could never dwell on such things, not when it was just a dream and his real life awaited him.

Instant regret of ever setting a foot into the forest, as he gets stuck in an unknown world, only once seen from human eyes, having his life on the line almost constantly. Death's Awakening
"Kill..." the low whispering voice trailed off into my head. I don't think the strange whispering voice came from anyone in the room. It was too loud; too abnormel; too deadly. Suddenly a cold shiver ran down my back making me scream and cry out for someone, something, anything. I want to be alone, somwhere dark, somewhere safe. My eyes open to see a woman cradling me in her arms. A man with red eyes, tan skin, and blonde hair starred at me. His eyes sunk into my head making me wince. The woman is natuarlly warm and comfortable, but her face is stained with tears mixed with blood on her, once beautiful, face. She smeared some of the blood onto my puffy cheeks with a warm beaten and calloused hand. "You're gonna be okay," she assured me. More tears fell from her eyes. I looked closer into her grayish, I think, eyes. They had evil tucked beneath fear in them. I don't know what she means, yet her words mean the world to me at this very moment: 4 minutes ago, I was born.Concluida

Recedem, a small village in Holmentis, was one of the most beautiful villages in the country. Its people were always happy and cheery, and enjoyed every day of the year. However, this changed when Demons attacked. These creatures had the power to control your mind and take over your body. They used this control to make you do horrible things, like killing the one you love most. But lucky for some people not everyone could be controlled. Some people had a strong mind, they we're able to resist a Demon's influence. George had resisted a Demon, which made him a Fortis. Dream's mind hadn't resisted one, which made him an Inferior Both Dream and George had left the attack behind them, trying not to think about it.
