Daniel, the first and only android ever created with emotions from the start. He hadn't understood his world, being cooped up in a small house near the lake just outside of Detroit. But Kamski finally believed it time he set his best creation out into the world. To find his own path. And make his own way.
But will the other androids and detectives working within the DPD help him or hinder him? Will he make friends quickly? Or will he just be stuck as the little android hidden away from the world for his own safety?

This is a Reed900 story. This could be an idea of what happens after the original game if you take the GOOD ENDING. It's about Gavin, who works in the Detroit Police Department and one day gets an Android (classic). Together they try to escape the army and the war with Hank, Connor and many other deviants. They face a lot of problems trying to get to Canada and finding themselves. WARNING: [Mature content like: Sexual scenes, Drama, blood, bad words, spoopy stuff...] and before you read the book you have to play the game or at least watched a let's play or you may won't understand what is happening cause there are a lot of sequences to Detroit become human. This may be written 7 years after the game's release, but I really hope all of you loyal fans are still looking for more content... My two biggest inspirations for this story: - Deviating and Solving Crime with 100% Human Detective Connor by CaotainKenway on ao3 for the whole android pretending to be a human concept. - Deviant Behaviour by Precursor - just general inspiration because it's my fave dbh fic of all time.
