Giggles

Ever since the incident in 1969 in a small town of Grimsby, a circus was never to be opened there ever again. However, 34 years later, the Jackle family move to Grimsby bringing the circus with them only to realize it was the worst mistake they've ever made. Giggles the clown had returned and it was up to detective Morgan Jackle to crack the case that no one else has solved.
