Details of Crime: Rachel Jull was said to be missing on the 15th of March, 1991 in Kollok Washington, Rachel Jull was called in to be missing by Billy Baker, a close friend of the victim. It was first assumed that Rachel Jull ran away, but was shot down almost immediately by all the suspects claiming that Rachel would had said something. We currently have no more details, but these suspects seem to be doing anything to find their friend.
