There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment. But that's not what makes Celeste different from others, what makes her different is that her father is the Greek God Apollo, and as such had inherited his powers. You'd think having powers would make her life easy, but it's been anything but easy. Her mother was a human who hated her daughter and abused her, her father would come and go and was never really there for her. As an adult life is not much better, the only thing that truly makes her happy is her daughter Aria, and watching anime; specifically Black Butler. However one day, while Celeste was watching Black Butler, the TV started to glow brighter and brighter until the whole room was enveloped in white light and she felt herself being pulled in. Her daughter called out to her, but Celeste couldn't reach her in time. When the light faded, Celeste found herself in a forest all alone. She wandered around until she found herself on the streets of London, where she eventually bumped into a tall man dressed in a butlers outfit and a young boy at his side. Celeste almost fainted from seeing them; she was face to face with characters from her favorite anime! Ciel Phantomhive offered Celeste room and board at his manor, as long as she worked for him as a maid. Knowing she needed a place to stay until she could find a way back home, Celeste accepted the offer. Taking up residence with Ciel at the Phantomhive manor, Celeste began her journey. The Butler and Ciel are confused by her strange behavior and way of speaking and even more confused by her lack of willingness to talk about herself to them.
