When Thea Quinn is unexpectedly gifted with a run down lakefront cottage, she can't believe her luck. It's the perfect opportunity to start fresh and get away from the city. There's a catch though. It turns out she only owns half the property - and the other half is owned by none other than Dexton Mitchell, her former best friend and the guy that used her then took off without a backwards glance.

Dex Mitchell isn't happy that Thea is back in his life. Sure, he may have been in love with her once, but she dragged him through the mud one too many times.
