Eve just happens to pass the house as Cassandra screams for help. So the colonial stops to investigate. When she sees the girl about to be raped by her father through the bedroom window, she breaks in and stops the man from penetrating the girl. Cassandra is surprised, but crying and waits watching until the colonial has the man tied up with her gun pointed at him for warning. She rescues the girl and immediately adopts her. And a week later, she finds herself on leave with an invitation to join the library. The story will follow the show's timeline from after the adoption with of course some twists and changes. Flynn will be home more and adopts Cassandra immediately after getting together with Eve. Plot twist 1 is that the 2 immediately get together after the first meeting.
