After facing more trauma than the average person witnesses, Iris is on a mission to forget and move on. Living in a world where all she does is breathe and not enjoy life, Iris is just present in this world but not actually there: suppressing her emotions and what makes her human. But then comes in the person who's the living, breathing representation of what she's been running from.

Reece isn't your average bad boy, he's complicated and struggles with finding his identity and accepting the quality's he already possesses. Running on a hamster wheel of worry and inner turmoil, there's more to Reece than being a jerk. After meeting Iris again, he finally puts together the pieces and realizes how much she's been drowning this whole time, with no hand to pull her out. But would he be able to help even with all the bad life has handled him?

As Reece and Iris struggle to break the bubble of tensions and walk on eggshells around one another, they soon begin to realize that they are exactly what the other needs. But, would that be enough to cut the chains that have been dragging them down for so long? Would it really be enough for Iris to accept the past and live life normally once again? Or would it be the beginning of something that could never last? A beautiful tragedy perhaps? Can it be enough or would Nathan be the one for Iris instead? Maybe even another mysterious man?
