What is a woman's honor? For Martha and her two daughters, honor means moving forward at all costs. Suffering an abusive marriage and struggling to ensure that her girls have a good life, Martha is willing to do more than sell her soul to the devil. Rebecca struggles to survive in the university but soon learns that sometimes, intelligence and discipline might not be enough. To escape an unfortunate situation, Amaka is sent to an aunt in another state to learn tailoring and there she learns that there are many things that can be traded for comfort.
