Lying or Crazy?

A while ago I had met this guy online and formed a friendship with him. All of it seemed to be normal until he told me he had a secret. This would not make anyone think anything differently, and normally I would be the same way, but it seemed odd to me and it made me wonder what he was hiding and if he can be trusted.
