Seventeen year old Aurora Ausín moves to Forks after the death of her parents. After forming a bond with the Cullens, she develops a close relationship with Emmett Cullen.
But the Cullens skip town and leave Forks, abandoning Aurora without so much as a goodbye. She picks herself up and finds new friends- who just so happen to be the Quileute wolves. She meets a certain hotheaded wolf who catches her eye, but the feeling doesn't seem to be mutual. He hates her.

That being said: KR hasn't stepped foot in Forks since she was 5 years old. After struggling on the east coast against her abusive boyfriend, she flees to her hometown where she learns maybe not everything is how it seems. (Of course it's not lol). Despite her quick befriending of local hottie Jacob Black and the strange residents of Forks, demons of Kara's past might not be ready to let go. We're going to find out what's worse: bark or bite.
