Paige has always been depressed, and she always shut down. And when her mother gets reassigned to a new town, she decides to going back to reality and forgetting the bitter past. But, as soon as Paige steps foot in Paradise Hills High, makes friends, finds love, and morphs into a normal teen again its not too soon for her to find out that this new town and new school are the ones to bring back visions and flashbacks of that horrible memory. And falling inlove in the process, doesn't exactly help in her case. . . . Is this her chance to break free? Or will her memory shoot back into her and lure her back into depression? ~ Follow Paige and her journey as she runs away from the past, while bumping into new people, familiar faces, problems and falling in love in the process. ( A cliche love story with a twist of peculiarity <33)

Max is struggling, plain and simple. After dropping out of school two years ago to help his mom with the bills and losing his best friend, he's just kind of shut things out.
