Paper pains fly around our room 
I stand on one side
You on the other with your back faced to me 
And you think I can't hear you when you talk to the wall 
But your voice carries and it always has that's what used to get you in trouble in high school 
Our paper pains give way when the rain fills our room and we stand in knee deep water 
They rip and glide down the rivers that carry our tears 
I am the first to leave the room 
But I occasionally peak in through the outside window from time to time, hoping you don't notice me.All Rights Reserved

Of Love, Love that is as deep sea. Pain, that knows no bounds. Strength, that exist within time, but lasts forever. Of Sadness, sadness that always returns, Of Trauma, trauma that runs in deep, and the art of dying, every time. Of Scribbles and rambles, unsaid words and sealed pain. Of Life, Love, Pain, Sadness, Trauma. Of the art of rising like a phoenix, every time. Of Anxiety and Paranoia. Of Anything bad, Of Everything good. This is a story of a girl, it's a continuous one. Time Can't Heal This by Lauryn_Love

I've always hated the saying "Time heals all wounds." Maybe in most cases that may be true. In my experience with life and pain however, time has only ever bled out the wound. The scars that the wounds left behind though, are often so deep that just looking at them becomes painful to the mind. Time only heals what you let go of. Sometimes letting go and moving on just doesn't feel possible; no matter how much time you let pass you by. These poems signify what time hasn't healed for me.
