Trinity is twenty-one year old and is still living with her parents. They won't let her leave because they are afraid that she will tell people about the abuse. One day at Walmart, she was arguing with Nathaniel and met Bengy. Despite the fact that he was a freaking giant and everything about him screamed off dominance, she felt protected for the first time in forever. Her parents hand her over to Bengy without any explanation. She thought that he will be another monster that wants to control every aspect of her life.
