Anna-Marie Russell is an attractive, but shy freshman in college trying to fit in due to her past years in an all girls school. Her life is going nowhere until she meets Louis Tomlinson, the good-looking football quarterback, with a known reputation for hooking up with everyone.

Anna takes an instant disliking to Louis at the orientation a couple months before and swears she'll never surround herself with people like him.

However, Louis has completely different feelings for Anna. Since the first time they made eye contact he has wanted to figure out this mystery girl is.

But, the pressures of Anna keeping her scholarship leave her blinded to Louis' affections and Louis starts hooking up with random girls once again to try and distract himself.
