The Two Rulers of Pepperland

For centuries, the blue meanies and the Pepperland natives have been forced to live together. However, when the blue meanies start acting against a newly introduced idea by the Pepperland natives, music, Lord Mayor is called upon them to act. The Chief Blue Meanie refuses to do anything about it, and not wanting to ruin his lifelong friendship with him, Lord Mayor tries to come up with a peaceful compromise. But when he sees how The Chief is raising the future heir to his position, along with his young friend, Lord Mayor is forced to make a decision that will put the future of Pepperland in jeopardy
