This is my very first poetry book. I'm very passionate about writing, about my poetry, about everything I do in life. My poetry comes from my heart and soul. The things I did in my life. The people I met in my life. The lessons I learned in life and the pain I suffered in life all became a part of my poetry and my book. I hope everyone enjoys my first. Take your time reading understand where I'm coming from. Love your self. And be free as a bird. I want to thank everyone who helped me with this book. ❝In my mind, there is pain. I am exhausted. I feel defeat from my hair tips to my feet- my body feels the stress weighing down on my shoulders. I try and try every day, but nothing seems to go my way. In my mind, there is pain, yet I try because one day, I will feel great. Full of poems that I've written, am writing, will write. Maybe mostly about life and others are deep stuff and more... Some are happy and some are sad/dark. Some poem(s) I wrote about or related to a book/movie.etc. Others I wrote as a story in poem form. *checked my old poems recently and GORE, HORROR, BLOOD ALERT for some of the poems near the beginning!! SO maybe best to read my poems from bottom to the top if you mind the stuff^^^ *I think the more recent poems are quite different from the older ones. Some poems you can interpret as you wish :) Hope you'll like the poems!!! One of the favourite lessons reading books has taught me is that you're never alone, not alteast in thoughts and words. There are others who think like you, feel like you and react like you. It's like that sometimes, our unspoken thoughts are the bridges that connect us, even though we might be miles apart. And so, I've written them down in the hope that there are many out there in this world who would be willing to walk these bridges leading to me-the real, raw and unhidden self I am- my heart and mind and soul.
