Nel recinto in cui si dividevano le quattro isole si trovavano: Chantal, Ariadne, Abigail e David , dei ragazzi ognuno proveniente da un'isola diversa. La guerra portò un virus chiamato Gloob a causa delle armi chimiche usate nella guerra. Gli infetti vengono chiamati Igor...
Le isole devono essere immediatamente evacuate ma solo i più ricchi se lo possono permettere..

It's the year 2250. Humanity is facing the largest threat in all of history. Ever since it first arrived in 2020, the coronavirus has mutated and developed resistance to the antibodies. Every person now lives in fear of the mutated beings, Creepers, that come alive at night, devouring anything with a beating heart. Lizzy is no stranger to the affects of the virus. Her father and the love of her life were both taken from her and turned into the deranged monsters that lurk outside the dome. But when the president announces that they have found a serum that could repel the infection, Lizzy knows better than to hope. She wants nothing to do with the virus. There might be some parts that I change in previous chapters as I decide that I need more details to support an event that happens in a later chapter. There might be parts that seem a bit wordy - that's probably me just trying to reach my word count goal (is that cheating?). There might be parts that just seem plain unnecessary - that's me writing a scene, and then not wanting to delete something I spent so much effort on. There might be parts that seem emotionless, or not very well written - that's me powering through writers block. After two of the men from the Alpha Squad have 'died', another one is to be lost in action: Igor 'Doc' Golubov - the squad medic. He and his squad were fighting off GlobeX soldiers in the Pacific. He was tending to his squad leader's wounds while getting shot at, he managed to control the bleeding and when he thought he was done, he attacked the enemies head-first. He was getting shot all over the body until he hid behind some barrels, not knowing they were filled with gasoline. The enemies shot at the barrels and the barrels along with Igor went in flames. Everything was going as planned in Brie's life till Covid-19 came. She was all set to go home, even got on a plane. But what happens when their stop over was the last destination they would go. Charlie had seen Brie since she was a toddler, always protected her and treated her like family.
