Of course our country Philippines also has Brizards, the Intitute for young Witches and Wizards, and also we have the Ministry of Magic that regulate the use of magic and keeping the peace between muggles and sorcerers! But did you know when the Brizards started and how it is established? How's the life of the student there, and whose the founder of the Institute? Well, let's find out!

The Elemental Nations have only had ninja most believe, but long ago, the ninjas had a very peculiar Ally. The wizards and witches of the Magical World. The wizards and ninjas disagreed on one thing. That the public should be oblivious to their existence as the Wizard's sided with, but the ninja believe they should help the people and work for them. They start off being privately tutored until grade three when they are prepared enough to join the Slytherin House and continue the family traditions of becoming successful and powerful wizards in the world. Zoe's older brother is a well know Auror in the ministry famous for his skills in the dark arts and travels to do too secret missions. Her older sister, a famous potions master over in America. Her father is very high up in the ministry and close to the minister himself, also was a loyal death eater to Voldemort making him quite feared.
