This story takes place in a city called The City of Nova, where everything depends on technology. Ellie Jones is pleased with the progress, but there's one thing that she really hated: Robots a.k.a Androids. Ever since the incident that involved an Android and someone very close to her, she hated them. Until one day, her boss introduces an Android to her and recruits it as a new member of Ellie's investigating team. This definitely didn't amuse Ellie one bit. She has sworn to forever hate Androids, but will she keep that promise, or will she change her mind.

I see the guy turn towards me and duck behind the house I am standing by before he sees me. Nope! Not him! Not happening! I hear footsteps coming towards me and run. Into the woods I find a pine tree. Perfect! Pine trees are great hiding places. The branches hide you visually and the smell masks your scent. I climb up as quickly as I can and watch the guy approaching. He circles my tree looking around but eventually gives up and goes back towards the houses. "Mate!" My wolf happily purs. "Not him!"
