A young knight by the name of Darryl finds himself assigned to protect Zak, the prince who's known for his mischievous and troublemaking ways. But when Vincent, the royal astrologer's apprentice, stumbles across an unlikely prophecy things turn more than a little dangerous and they end up as a rag-tag team solving one of the kingdom's biggest crimes.

Darryl was always a good kid. He had good grades, helped people whenever he could, and was very kind to others. Now, he was in his senior of high school, and determined to get into his dream college. Zak was the opposite of Darryl. He never had good grades, and his favorite thing to do was play tricks on people. He wore the same smile everyday, and the whole school liked him. He was a Junior in high school, and just wanted to have fun. What happens when these two meet? What secrets could these guys possibly be hiding? After all..they're just your average high school kids. --- In this AU Skeppy is one year younger than BadBoyHalo. *I do not ship the real people, just their characters. I just use their real names because it sounds better. I do not mean to force a relationship onto them. Zak has always wondered about when he would be able to see the color of the sky, or the grass or even his mother's eyes. All his life, he's lived surrounded by shades of white, black and grey.
