In this one everyone has the quirks they have in regular anime. If there is events that happened in the manga then they probably won't be in line with the time line. Deku does have a quirk and it is called Turn-Off, it is a quirk that 1 in every 1,000,000 people have. This specific quirk let's the owner turn of his senses and emotions at will. for example, going blind on comand, shocking the nerves so no pain, shutting down the emotional part of the brain. Someone with an animal quirk cannot donate or get any blood from another animal quirk that is not the same species or another quirk . A person with a fire quirk can only get or give blood from someone with a fire quirk. Blood loss is very dangerous only a quirkless person can donate blood to everyone and become blood from everyone. So Izuku has officially a quirk. His quirk makes him smarter and stronger than the rest of the average. Stronger? What an obvious lie.
