Bucky Barnes is still in hiding after the events in Washington. Needing to run again, he decides on The Netherlands.
He just needed to hide, to stay out of trouble. He wanted to be a ghost again. He wanted to find somewhere to disappear. What he found was home in eyes as bright and scarred as his.

This is set in the two years between CATWS and CACW. Im not too sure exactly where this is going and whether or not I will continue with the path the MCU has set out for Bucky. Also there are some mentions of self harm and pervious violence so just a warning.
