Myles chuckles and talks to Jordan's mom until Jordan comes running down the stairs, tripping on the last step, and falling right on his face, his body laying over Cleo, his seven year old cat who was lounging on the foot of the stairs.
"JORDAN! Oh my poor baby!" Mrs. Garcia starts
"Are you okay Cleo!?" she ask as she runs over.
"Mom! What about me! Aren't you going to ask if I'm okay?" Jordan asks while getting up. He walks over to the door and stands next to Myles.
"No! Of course not, you could have killed the one thing that makes me happy." she says while picking up the calico cat and squeezing it.
Jordan just stares at her.
