"Leave me alone!" I screamed running from the only person that ever kept me going.
"Get back here Soph," he screamed, " they all need you!" I stopped and turned around,
"Do you think I care if they need me?" I screamed, "All my life I've been doing nothing but running, not JUST from the dead, but from the living and I'm prepared to do that again no matter what happens." 
"Ugh your so damn stubborn!" He screamed, "Look at me...LOOK AT ME SOPH".  I refused.  If I looked into those eyes, I knew I would be a goner. "Please," he whispered.  I couldn't do it. I finally gave in and looked into those piercing blue eyes that always hypnotized me. Then, he said the words  that made my day, "I need you."

I didn't answer and just stared at the bat that was not even two feet from my face. "I'm trying to help you." His voice got sterner, and that just made me even more scared but I forced words out of my mouth. "F-Faye," I whispered, winching due to the fact it's been so long since I've spoken. The man nodded, then stood up and held out his hand. I looked up at him, and he nodded towards my ankle. "I've got stuff in the RV over there, I can help." I was reluctant to trust him, and he seemed to take notice. "You really don't have another option, kid."
