Everything is okay in the world for once. Until, one day, something terrible happens: the effects of the serum on Steve's body wear off, leaving behind a small, skinny Steve, unable to fight. Out of sadness, Steve travels back to Brooklyn to his old apartment. It's there that Steve encounters a familiar face.
Bucky Barnes had been on the run since the fight at the Triskelion. Somehow, he ends up in Brooklyn, where he finds a devastated and tiny Steve Rogers.
As a new crisis threatens the world, SHIELD realise the world needs Captain America. But now that Steve is skinny again, what are they going to do?
