After the events of D.C., The Winter Soldier escaped both HYDRA and SHIELD with barely his life and a mix of memories that he couldn't put back into place. 

Boarding between the Winter Soldier and Bucky Barnes, he ends up in a small town that barely heard even a whisper of the Winter Soldier. 

Ray Smith's past was very similar to the infamous Bucky Barnes. At sixteen years old, she lost both her leg and her memory in a terrible accident. But she walked away with her life and her family.
