After the events of D.C., The Winter Soldier escaped both HYDRA and SHIELD with barely his life and a mix of memories that he couldn't put back into place. 

Boarding between the Winter Soldier and Bucky Barnes, he ends up in a small town that barely heard even a whisper of the Winter Soldier. 

Ray Smith's past was very similar to the infamous Bucky Barnes. At sixteen years old, she lost both her leg and her memory in a terrible accident. But she walked away with her life and her family. 

Now ten years later, she's returned to the old town she grew up in to look after her parents and the land she grew up on. 

Little did she know how drastically her life would change the day a stranded man landed on her doorstep.
