Rogue - Part 1

Surrounding the event's of a ELE or Extinction Level Event, the leaders of the world flee to one large safe house to "govern" the world. Leaving the regions of countries once flourished by tourists abroad, economies booming to an insurmountable large while peace swept across the lands.
Short lived, our nameless character describes the landscape and events happening after a supposed ELE building to a rather; explosive turnout.
