In 2016, new group of outcasts must join forces to face their fears and the creature behind the new murderous spree.
But there's a problem, one of the outcast, an orphan named Kaley Roberts, has been experiencing numerous amount of nightmares since childhood, all of which were of the creepy clown coming to get her. But why is IT targeting her?
Now the new generation of castaways must team up with the adult Losers Club to face IT and end the feeding cycle permanently. But what will it cost?
