While shopping at the supermarket with his girlfriend, Hungary, Prussia sees Liechtenstein and can't stop thinking about her. Liechtenstein's big brother, Switzerland, wants his sister to have nothing to do with the Prussian. So when Hungary is away and big brother Switzerland isn't looking, both Liechtenstein and Prussia do whatever the can do to spend at least a few minutes with each other.
