Akiko Yagi had always been disappointed that she didn't have a heroic Quirk like her father. She was ecstatic, however, that she still got to attend his alma mater: UA High School. Though she couldn't be in the Hero Course like she had always hoped, she did like being in the General Studies Course. She got to focus on the one thing she did have: Her music. With a Quirk that let her play any instrument beautifully with her mind and a desire to use her Quirk to bring peace to the world, she got to lose herself and her troubles in her music.
Until an explosive ashy-blond came along.
Katsuki Bakugou from the Hero Course had a personality more explosive than his Quirk. But when he heard her music for the first time, something inside of him came together. He found himself subconsciously trying to change, trying to be better for this girl that he couldn't stop thinking about. Could he put aside his petty need to be Number One for a girl he hardly knew?
And could she keep her secret from the only person she'd grown to like?
