Belen is one of pop music's most successful recording artists right at the height of her career. The media sees a diva born to be in the spotlight which is the kind of popstar Sebastian Stan thinks he'll meet when he's cast in one of her music videos but he meets a much different person on the set of her music video. He sees a shy and sad girl abused by the person who's supposed to have her best interests at heart and a girl who just wants to sing and write songs. He soon learns that the Belen the public sees and the one behind closed doors are two very different people. Sebastian might even count himself lucky that he knows the girl behind closed doors. The real Belen.

Note that in this fanfic both Harry and Ariana are famous, Harry Styles is in One Direction however Ariana Grande is a famous actress/comedian NOT a singer, only her name is being used, a better description of her character is given in one of the first chapters. Even though Ariana Grande has always thought of herself as an introvert she has suddenly become the latest comedian to take Hollywood by storm, she got her start on SNL at a very young age and within months was able to launch herself into an extremely successful career. However, she is pretty insecure about who she is and has taught herself that love is a lost cause not worth caring about. She's been alone most of her life and thinks she knows exactly who she is and what she wants so what happens when she meets Harry Styles, a member of the biggest boy band in the world and he starts to show interest in her? Everything Ariana has been so sure of her whole entire life soon comes into question as she explores something she's never really done before, falling in love.
