After spending the summer with their Grunkle Stan in Gravity Falls, Dipper and Mabel Pines return to their home in Piedmont, California. Things return to normal for Mabel, but not so much for Dipper. After all, your mother getting drunk and abusing you isn't exactly normal. Something changed with their mother, Lucy, over the summer, and Mabel doesn't know a thing about it.
(Trigger Warning: This story is an abuse story, so don't read if that triggers you. Besides that its got lots of angst and fluff.)
