Lead by the proud Civilis family, their reign has been considered kind yet powerful as they possess the strongest forces on the continent. Their fighters -- known to the world as Shards -- has been the best trained and most accomplished brigade known to all. That is, until they are decimated by the neighboring kingdom Zaru. Just as their world begins to shift and fall apart, and Aka as many others are left defenseless as all seems lost, one remaining Shards brigade must rise to the challenge and find the pieces to restore their world before it is too late.
