Benevolence

Fallon Mercess is a force to be reckoned with amongst the witches. She has had to fight her entire life to stay alive; the world that she lives in is not a kind one, and many would rather see a little orphan half-blood die before she reigns. But that is exactly what fate has in store for her, Fallon is a part of something that is as old as her world is, and the magic inside her is proof that things might begin to change.

The humans would sooner hang her as a witch, but the ancient faeries come to guide her through a prophecy that is beginning to rule Fallon's life. These faeries with their sudden protectiveness towards her, make her ask many questions, including who she really is. She has no time to try to fight her heart's will for love, not if she also plans to figure out more about how the darkness that infects her world was created.
