A new villain arises in Jump City, as does new feelings. It has been one year since Beast Boys Encounter with Terra and he's finally gotten over it. Beast Boy and Raven are finally friends, Cyborg finally going out with Bumble Bee, and Robin and Star Fire are finally a couple. While everyone's in a relationship, Raven could honestly care less, but for Beast Boy it's a different story. Beast Boy wants to find the one for him, but this is hard for him, when a new villainess appears. She is known as Japantha and is also known for having a knack for stealing and disappearing.
