Two hundred years later, Vick has learned how to blend in with the human crowd. Her life couldn't be anymore perfect, especially with the disappearance of vampires for over fifty years (which hunters gladly help keep in place). However, her life is turned upside down when two old friends pop back into it. Them requesting her to assassinate the king of the vampires. Just when she thought she was free, Vick is thrown back onto the roller coaster of life. What's wrong with the whore!?" The man asks me and I growl but my lack of wolf makes it weak. "My Ma is not a whore!" I yell my voice squeaking as I fight the tears. The warden ripps open the bars and picks me up by my neck. "If she's not a whore than who is your father, runt?" He growls and I lower my head as best I can in his grip.
