The Institute, a very secretive technological society which once terrified the post-apocalyptic world above, is now gone, buried beneath rubble and water. 

Bianca DeLuca is alone and wandering the Commonwealth in search of the humanity she's lost. Along with her reluctant new tag-along Cait, a violent ruffian with nothing much to lose, she finds herself stranded in new territory: a whole new world of refreshment, to be exact.

And it's not quite the wasteland vacation one would expect.

This is a fanfiction based on a popular game and was previously available on AO3. As it got good reviews from readers, I thought I might post it on here as well. I find it worth mentioning that you do not really need previous knowledge about the Fallout 4 game if you would like to read this. At the beginning of the story, I'll leave a short background info chapter for those who are new to the Fallout world created by Bethesda. This book is open to all readers interested in adventure and good ol' lady love set in a post-apocalyptic/sci-fi world. Most of the characters, dialogue and settings do not belong to me, as they are game content.All Rights Reserved

A series of journal entries written by a woman out of time and her adventures in a strange new world This fanfic is written as a"first person POV journal" by the sole survivor from Fallout 4. Written as "journal entries" means, we have the main chappters, such as "Collage is hard", and that main chaper is broken down into sub chapters or "Journal titles". There will be 2-5 entries per chapter. Each chapter could be as short as 500 words or as long as 3000 words, sometimes less, sometimes more. It really just depends on how much "Callie" has to say. Content warnings! This fanfic will include the following. Non-cannon elements( I am using the mod pack magnum opus), drug use, blood and gore, domestic abuse(light), Sol has claustrophobia, drinking, M/f and F/F sex, lots and lots of swearing( i swear like a sailor) loss of pregnancy, attempted suicide, depression and self-harm. Of these most, you will not see till later in the fic, some you will see right away. This is a slow burn as it's being written while I play through the game for the 100th time. For Nate, Curie, Cait and Piper, the answer to this everyday threat was to form into a tight knit, well trained military unit. Helping out wherever they could, they soon gained a reputation as a team able to get jobs done.
