49 years before Katniss and Peeta were hailed as the victors of 74th Hunger Games, 25 years before Haymitch got out alive of the 50th Hunger Games, the very 1st Quarter Quell was announced. Weiss Eidelsmith, son of the mayoress of District 9, was reaped to participate in the 25th Hunger Games.
This is a rework of the fanfiction that I wrote back in 2012. I am still in the middle of rewriting the chapters and I'll upload every time I finished 3. Please enjoy. All of the uploaded chapters are still rough drafts.

Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen... To the Fiftieth Hunger Games and Second Quarter Quell!! This Quarter Quell, each district will send four tributes into the arena. Who will survive? The 100th Annual Hunger Games
What would happen if Katniss hadn't won the games? Well the rebellion never happened and the games continued on. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game. The final game will consist of the tributes that survived the first and second games. From there the tributes will battle until a lone victor remains. May the odds be ever in your favour...Complete
