My Best Friend From The Future

A 19 year old from the future crashes in the past with an crappy time machine and drops some dangerous future tech gadgets while pushing his time machine towards a nearby neighborhood. A kid chased by criminals sees the unusual and picks up three of the glowing weird shaped gadgets and leaves the rest. He figured out how they work and decided to be a super hero and he later met the guy who came from the future and they became best friends. The kid must fight fierce battles against the those who want to take the gadgets he has and his best friend is not innocent either.
